Hola! I am a sixth grade student at Amigos School in Cambridge, Massachusetts. My classmates and I visited several ecosystems in the Boston area. We investigated each spot.

Location
The meadow was located atop a hill (a drumlin, actually) on Deer Island (which is no longer an island, but a peninsula)
Abiotic Description of our Meadow Ecosystem
Air: the temperature in October, was 60 degrees Fahrenheit
Land: The soil temperature in October was 58 degrees Fahrenheit
Water: There was no water on top of the hill
The meadow was on top of a hill on Deer Island. Deer Island is not really an island
